Registration and Packet pickup
If you register before October 14 or anytime online, you can pick up your race packet at the Run For Your Life-University location beginning on Tuesday October 14th - October 17th.
You may also pick up your packet the morning of the race at Michael Waltrip's RaceWorld USA.
Participants may also walk in and register in person at any 3 of the Run For Your Life locations (Stonecrest, Dilworth, University area) the week of the race (Oct 14th- 17th) and get their packets at the same time they are registering.
Walk up registration hours for Run For Your Life:
University area : Tuesday - Friday 10:30am to 7:30pm
Dilworth : Tuesday - Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm
Stonecrest : Tuesday - Thursday 10:00am to 7:00pm . Friday 10:00am to 12:00am .

Awards will be presented at awards ceremony and will not be mailed. Awards will be kept for 2 weeks at the Dilworth Run For Your Life location.
Age Groups
7 & under (5K), 8-10 (5K), 11-13 (5K), 14-17 (5K), 18-20, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and up.

The LungStrong 15K/5K benefits LUNGevity Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to funding lung cancer research. LUNGevity Foundation (www.lungevity.org) is the pioneer in lung cancer research, and is the leading private provider of research funding for the number one cancer killer.
Waiver
In consideration of the acceptance to the Lung Strong 15K/5K, I waive all claims for myself, my heirs and assignees against Run For Your Life, Event Marketing Services, Inc., and all Free 5K sponsors, promoters and volunteers fro injury or illness which may result from my participation. I am in proper physical condition to compete in this race and risks associated therewith. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and picture in any written account, broadcast or telecast of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that if the race is canceled because of any circumstances beyond the control of the race committee and sponsors including but not limited to hazardous weather conditions or government ban, my entry fee will not be returned. I understand my entry fee will not be refunded. I understand that I will be charged $30 if I do not return the ChampionChip to Event Marketing Services, Inc. after the race. I also understand that I must complete the 5K in 45 minutes and the 15K in 2 hours and 15 minutes.
